We do not assume any liability for the matters set out in these Terms and Conditions. In simpler terms, your use of our site is at your own risk. In no circumstances, including instances of negligence, will we be responsible for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This included but not limited to, the potential loss of any data or profit resulting from the utilisation or inability to utilise the content on this site, even if one of our representatives has been informed about the potential for such damages. These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by US law. You and we both agree that the courts of US law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
